Kartell’s past and present come together today through the KD28 lamp by Joe Colombo, which returns to new life as part of the Kartell lighting collection. Originally designed in 1967, this lamp preserves its innovative spirit while adapting to contemporary needs through the use of advanced materials and technologies. It features recycled materials and a redesigned lampshade, now with a satin finish, to create a warmer and more enveloping light.
Great attention has also been paid to details, such as the fabric-covered power cord in the same color as the base. A lamp that becomes a symbol of stylistic and creative continuity, drawing on Kartell’s rich heritage while looking firmly toward the future.
