A true hymn to colour, the cane collection was born from the re-edition of objects designed by Gio Ponti for the XXVI Venice Biennale in 1952. The technique used is that of cane which involves the juxtaposition of six thin strips of colored glass cold-pressed Taupe, Red, Sapphire, Green, Straw, Amethyst which are then combined, fused together and hot-shaped with masterly skill.
