The three-star restaurant located in the Tortona area, on the third floor of the MUDEC - Museo delle Culture, in the heart of the design district, is a place where experimentation, protagonists and research are the order of the day. The volume, in addition to telling the soul and history of the cuisine of the restaurant that is a point of reference for Bartolini, presents both gourmet recipes resulting from the experience of chef patron Enrico Bartolini and executive chef of Mudec Davide Boglioli, and more “classic” variations, with which the reader can try his hand.
