Jochen Gerner - the artist and illustrator behind these designs - drew inspiration from the excitement generated by the Saut HermÃ¨s event when decorating the porcelain pieces with motifs which are sometimes narrative, sometimes abstract, nods to the famous Parisian horseracing competition.
